ReddFox writes and publishes Reddit posts and comments for your business. You set the direction in your campaign. The work goes out from ReddFox Reddit accounts, not from an account you connect.
ReddFox uses AI. It works to the best of its ability to make the most relevant posts and comments it can, using the website, product, and direction you provide.
A post or comment can be off-topic, poorly worded, factually wrong, or not what you expected. That is part of using this service.
One credit is one published post or one published comment. Credits sit on the account and can be used by any of your campaigns. Drafts do not use a credit.
The price is shown at checkout. There is no automatic renewal.
Credits are not refunded. That includes credits already used and credits still on the account.
There is no refund when a post or comment is removed by Reddit or by a community, when it is in the wrong place, or when it is incorrect, irrelevant, or not the result you wanted. A removed post or comment still used its credit.
ReddFox does not guarantee views, clicks, leads, sales, or that a post or comment will stay up. Communities set their own rules and can remove anything.
You confirm you can act for the business and that the direction, claims, and links you provide are ones you are allowed to use. You are responsible for reviewing your campaign and telling us when the direction should change.
Payment is taken by Stripe. The receipt goes to the email you enter at checkout.
Questions about an order go through support after you sign in.
